YearMovie Selected To Provide Tulsa Public Schools With Innovative Multimedia Services

Springfield, MO (PRWeb) December 6, 2006 -- YearMovie, Inc. (http://yearmovie.com) who provides video educators with the most complete end-to-end multimedia journalism and video production experience for their students has been selected to provide seven of the Tulsa Public School District's nine high schools with the YearMovie Video Experience program.

This partnership with YearMovie will provide in-depth training from industry experts to the video production programs currently in place in the Tulsa Public School District. Students will receive training from industry experts, including attending hands-on camps facilitated by industry professionals with real Hollywood experience, on-site initial setup/training, additional on-site multi-media and video production training throughout the school year, access to Fall and Spring multimedia and video production workshops, and also to the company's intuitive, easy-to-use educational software suite and turn-key post production services.

The YearMovie experience is the best choice for video educators who want to provide their students with the most complete engagement of "hands on" experiences in multimedia and video production that are both creative and enriching. Video educators across the country are utilizing their finished YearMovie DVD as a tangible way to showcase their cutting-edge programs to school districts, administrators and parents alike.

"We chose YearMovie because their multimedia and video production curriculum maps to the Department of Oklahoma Career and Technology Standards, and all aspects of the program tie in to one tangible outcome that showcases the experience and talents of our students," said Taylor Hill Taylor, Technology Coordinator, Tulsa Public Schools. "Students absolutely love the whole YearMovie experience and the finished DVD is a timeless keepsake for them and their families."
